WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

We recommend exploring our detailed size & fit guide available on each product page. Our suits are designed to fit true to size, with any exceptions clearly mentioned in the product description. If you find yourself between sizes, opting to size up ensures the perfect fit.

For help with fit once you have received your suit checkout this video for step-by-step instructions from our Founder. As always our dedicated team of fit experts are always here to provide additional support and guidance with sizing.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M A SHORT, REG/LONG OR XLONG?

To find your perfect length, we recommend measuring your torso and looking at our detailed size & fit guide available on any of our product pages. Here's how to measure: Using a soft measuring tape, measure from your shoulder (where a bra strap typically lands) to the inseam of your leg.

If you don't have a soft measuring tape, don't worry; we've also provided height parameters for your convenience:

  • Short 5'3 and below, with the exception for our Bra-sized suits, which cater to those 5'2 and below.
  • Regular/Long 5'4-5'11 
  • XLong 6'0 and taller

I HAVE AN EXTREMELY LONG TORSO, WILL THESE WORK FOR ME?

Yes! We recommend reviewing the size & fit guide on any of our product pages.

We currently only offer the XLong torso length option in a few styles - but will be expanding to more styles soon! Please subscribe to our emails to be notified of all NEW launches.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE STRINGS ARE TOO LONG?

This could indicate that the suit is too big. However, if you're content with the fit and planning to keep the suit, here's a chic fix: trim the ties to your desired length and secure them with a double knot. This is the same technique we use when sewing and will not damage the suit. Alternatively, you can embrace a trendy look by tying it around your waist like a belt.

Shipping & Orders

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, and the UK. But here's the exciting part – we're expanding our global reach! Stay in the loop by signing up for our mailing list, and be the first to know as we add more countries in the coming weeks!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your package is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become visible on the mail carrier's website. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure the seamless delivery of your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

We are committed to ensuring your items reach you promptly. Once an order is submitted, it swiftly progresses through our shipping stages, and we are unable to make any changes to the order. You may contact us about obtaining a return label.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER REDIRECTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Once an order has shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to update your shipping address. If your suit is delivered to a valid address,  you may contact your local post office to see if they are able to redirect the package to you. Any orders sent to an invalid address will be sent back to our warehouse.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING

FedEx is experiencing an increase in volume, resulting in longer than average shipping times. Free Ground shipping can take up to 7 business days depending on your location. If you do not receive your suit on or after the 7th business day please reach out to us immediately at hello@ta3swim.com so our team can get in touch with Fedex.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER IF I CHOOSE FREE SHIPPING?

Your order will ship next business day via FedEx Ground from our California facility. The typical timeframe for ground shipping spans 2 - 7 business days,  depending on your specific location.

It's essential to be aware that the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) dates presented at checkout are estimations. It's crucial to note that these estimations are not guaranteed timelines.

For those with time constraints: we highly recommend considering our expedited shipping options: 2Day or Standard Overnight. These alternatives ensure a more accelerated delivery.

Orders to Puerto Rico will ship next business day through USPS, with an estimated delivery window of 7-14 business days. Standard overnight and 2nd-day air options are not available for orders destined for Puerto Rico.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER IF I PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING?

Place your order before 12 PM PT, Monday through Friday, and it will be shipped on the same business day. For orders submitted after 12 PM PT, rest assured they will be processed and shipped out on the following business day. 

To accommodate tight timelines, we strongly recommend choosing the 2Day or Overnight shipping options.

We do not ship orders on weekends. Any orders placed after 12 PM PT on a Friday will be processed and shipped starting Monday!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

US/DOMESTIC: We offer free  Exchanges & Returns within 30 days of the order date. All items must be unworn and have the original tag and hygienic liner attached. We are unable to refund for expedited shipping costs on the original order. Please use this link to start your Return or Exchange with Loop.

INTERNATIONAL: Orders are subject to a $20 restocking and handling fee.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are not able to refund a new form of payment.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

We make it easy! Please visit our Return Portal to start the return process. All you will need is your order # and shipping zip code.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE SUIT?

Yes! Our returns portal lets you exchange between sizes, style and colors!

It's important to note that not all styles are priced equally, and you may be required to cover the price difference. Additionally, please be aware that Sale items might not qualify for exchanges. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

We ship all exchange orders using standard ground shipping, which can take up to 7 business days. Your new order will ship after we receive and process your return. Exchange orders are shipped to the same address as your original order. 

If you need your exchange sooner or need to change the shipping address, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original items for a refund.

How will i know when my specific size is back in stock?

To find out when your specific size is back in stock please visit the product page and select your desired color, length and size and click "Notify me when available" button.

Select Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for exchanges, store credit or a refund. BFCM Sale items are not eligible for any other promotions or discounts to include our Friends with Benefits reward vouchers. Please be advised there may be limited quantities. Promotion is available for a limited time, while supplies last. Exchanges on the Lifty style purchased during BFCM sale are subject to availability only, if your preferred size is unavailable you may return it for a store credit to use toward a future purchase or sale. Can I return an item on sale?

Sale items are non-refundable. We will allow one exchange for sizing on sale items, with the exception of our Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale. Please see BFCM terms & conditions above. Please be advised there may be limited quantities. Sale items are not eligible for any other promotions or discounts.

CATCH PAYMENTS

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

1. Select Catch at checkout. You’ll be redirected to Catch to log in or create an account.

2. To create an account, you’ll need to provide your phone number, name and email and link a debit card or bank account. Catch uses Plaid and Teller to link your bank in seconds—you’ve probably done this before if you have Venmo, Robinhood, or have filed your taxes online.

3. If you already have a Catch account, just verify your phone number and pay.

IS CATCH FREE?

Yes! You’ll only earn money, never pay money.

HOW DOES THE SIGN UP BONUS WORK?

If it’s your first time using Catch, you’ll get an extra $10 in store credit towards your next purchase in addition to what TA3 is offering.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON MY CATCH CREDITS?

Your TA3 credits can only be redeemed online at TA3 and must be used before they expire. To redeem, just pay with Catch again next time you’re shopping with us. 

You can’t earn or redeem credits on gift card purchases. Other than that, no restrictions!

HOW WILL I REDEEM MY CREDITS?

Your credits will automatically be applied when you shop with us again and pay with Catch. You can also manage your credits at any time by logging into your Catch account.

If you’d like to share the love, simply select “share as gift” in your Catch account to gift your credit to a friend so they can use it towards something special at TA3.

HOW DOES CATCH MAKE MONEY?

Unlike other payment methods who take a cut of every transaction, Catch charges TA3  only when it drives value to our business. In other words, we pay Catch a small fee if and when you return and redeem your Catch-earned store credit.

Afterpay

What is Installments with Afterpay?

Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them over time. To learn more, visit www.afterpay.com

How do I use Installments with Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bags and checkout as normal. At the checkout, choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It's that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Where can I use Installments with Afterpay?

Installments with Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on https://ta3swim.com website.

Payment options depend on purchase amount.

Can I use Installments with Afterpay if I'm an international customer?

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US credit card, debit card, or bank account, and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How does the payment schedule work?

For pay-in-4 payments, generally customers are required to make their down payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.

For monthly payments, customers may be required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete.

For all Afterpay payments, you can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my items be delivered if I use Installments with Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered pursuant to delivery time frames presented by TA3 Swim after you complete your order online.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on https://ta3swim.com using installments by Afterpay.

Are there products that are not eligible for purchase using Installments with Afterpay?

There are certain items that are restricted from purchase using Afterpay.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments with Afterpay?

Subject to TA3 Swim's return and refund policies, if you have changed your mind, you may be able to return your Afterpay purchase for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets TA3 Swim's Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed.

What happens if I don't pay my Afterpay installments on time?

You will be prevented from using Afterpay and you may be charged a late fee.

What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?

Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed.

If you purchased using pay-in-4, your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.

If you purchased using monthly payments, interest already paid will not be refunded. Any amounts paid toward the good or service will be adjusted, interest will be recalculated based upon the adjusted amount.

Does Afterpay charge interest?

Pay-in-4 purchases are always interest-free.

Monthly payments may include interest. If your installment loan includes interest, you will be able to see the amount you will owe before completing the purchase.

Route Package Protection

What is Route Insurance?

Route is premium package protection for your TA3 Swim order! When you add Route's Package Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise while also protecting the planet! When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the Route team, for a reorder or refund within 24-48 hours.

Every time you add Route Package Protection to your order, Route donates to support an agroforestry initiative that removes CO₂ from the air and promotes a flourishing ecosystem.

Note: If your order does not have Route, TA3 Swim is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.

How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?

If you insured your order with Route Package Protection at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. Filing a claim can be done very quickly through the Route Claims Portal!

You can file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Note: Make sure to have the TA3 Swim Order Number and/or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form.

Open your email from Route. In the email, copy your Route Order ID as you will need it to file the claim. Click here to file a claim. 

How does Route reimburse me?

Route will process your refund or reorder.

If I return my order, will I be refunded the amount paid for Route insurance?

No, Route’s Green Package Protection is a final sale add-on that can not be removed from an order once it is placed, or refunded if your order is returned.

Miscellaneous

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SUIT?

To keep your suits in top shape, we recommend gentle hand washing and laying flat to dry. Avoid using the washer or dryer. For all colors, pre-rinse before wearing to remove any excess dye. Steer clear of whiteners or highly chlorinated detergents during washing for long-lasting vibrancy.

HOW DO I CARE FOR APPAREL ITEMS?

For all dresses, tops, and bodysuits, hand wash and lay flat to dry. Please avoid putting your dresses, tops and bodysuits in the washer or dryer. Do not iron or bleach.

WHAT ARE THE SUITS MADE OF?

A nylon and spandex blend.

WHAT ARE THE DRESSES AND BODYSUITS MADE OF?

A rayon, nylon and spandex blend, lining contains polyester.
