What is Return Coverage and how does it work?

By paying for Return Coverage when placing your order, you are qualified to return eligible items at no extra cost.  This flat fee (displayed at Checkout) is optional, but if you opt-in for Return Coverage your order is guaranteed to receive no cost returns and exchanges for all non-Final Sale items in that order.  Returns or exchanges must still be received within 30 days of order.  At this time, Return Coverage is only available for U.S. orders.

You may still submit a return request later if you don’t purchase Return Coverage, but that return will be subject to our standard Return Policy and associated return fees. Please note - purchasing Return Coverage is final sale and cannot be refunded.

Returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of the order. Currently, Return Coverage is only available for U.S. orders.

If you don’t purchase Return Coverage, you can still submit a return request, but it will be subject to our standard Return Policy and associated fees. Please note that purchasing Return Coverage is final sale and cannot be refunded.

US RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We offer Exchanges & Returns within 30 days of the order date. All items must be unworn and have the original tag and hygienic liner attached. We are unable to refund for expedited shipping costs on the original order. Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be subject to additional terms please carefully review before completing purchase as no exceptions will be made. Route Shipping is non-refundable even if a product is returned.

Please use this link to start your Return or Exchange with Loop. If you purchased ‘Return Protection’ you will be able to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days at no additional cost. Orders placed without ‘Return Protection’ are subject to a $7.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Once your return is delivered to the warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the product and issue your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We offer Returns within 30 days of the order date. Returns are subject to a $25 USD restocking fee. At this time, we do not support International exchanges; we recommend placing a new order if you’d like to exchange for a different size, color, or item. All items must be unworn and have the original tag and hygienic liner attached.

We are unable to refund for expedited shipping costs on the original order. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Under certain conditions you are able to receive a refund of the duties and taxes paid from the country where you are located, however TA3 is unable to file the claim. Please use this link to start your return with Loop.

Additional Return Guidelines

If you need your item by a certain date, we recommend returning for a refund and then placing a new order with expedited shipping to ensure you receive your item on time. Expedited shipping cannot be applied on Exchange orders and they will ship with standard ground. Exchange orders will ship when the original item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse (please allow up to 5 business days after delivery).

Exchanges are limited to 1 times per order and are subject to a standard return fee of $7.95 unless you have purchased ‘Return Protection’. To avoid multiple exchanges, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Happiness Team for assistance with sizing or styling at hello@ta3swim.com

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, missing tags or hygienic liner. If upon inspection your return item does not meet the guidelines as outlined in our return policy, you will not be refunded. 

Any products purchased during a TA3 sale or promotion are subject to special terms.

Items marked Final Sale have been heavily discounted and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Items marked Store Credit Only, may only be returned for a store credit in the amount of the sale item they are not eligible for exchange and we will not price match. No exceptions will be made.
