US RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please use this link to start your Return or Exchange. 

We offer Returns and Exchanges within 21 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in original condition: unworn, with tags and hygienic liner attached, and free from hair, stains, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear. If returned items are deemed damaged or used, a refund or exchange will not be issued.

Returns

  • Returns of up to 3 items will incur a $7.95 restocking fee deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Returns of more than 3 items will incur a $3.95 fee per item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free and limited to one exchange per order.
  • Exchange orders ship via standard ground once your original item is received and inspected (please allow up to 5 business days).
  • Expedited shipping is not available for exchanges.

We cannot refund original expedited shipping costs or Route Shipping Protection. Items purchased during a sale or promotion may have additional terms—please review carefully before purchasing, as no exceptions will be made.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds may take up to 7 additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

LIMITED PROMOTIONS /CLEARANCE/ SALE

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Items marked Exchange or Store Credit Only may be returned for store credit or exchanged for a same priced item. 
  • Any items $50 and under are FINAL SALE.
  • All returns are subject to a minimum $7.95 return label fee which will be deducted from your store credit. No exceptions will be made.
  • We do NOT offer price matching on prior orders.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept returns within 21 days of the Delivery date. At this time, we do not offer international exchanges.

  • A $25 USD restocking fee applies to all international returns.
  • All items must be unworn, with tags and hygienic liner intact and free from stains, hair, or signs of wear.
  • Expedited shipping and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
  • To request a refund of duties/taxes, contact your local customs agency directly—TA3 is unable to file claims on your behalf.

Additional Return Guidelines

If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order with expedited shipping.
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions. Items returned without original tags, liners, or with damage, stains, or excessive wear will not be accepted.
