We know you may have a vacation special event or want to receive your order ASAP, these are a few important things to note in regards to shipping your order...

How long does shipping take?
Anywhere from 3-5 business days depending on where you’re located. Orders to Puerto Rico are not eligible for Standard overnight or 2day shipping.

Shipping Cutoffs
All orders receive FREE ground shipping, for expedited shipping we offer FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for $40 and FedEx 2Day for $12. All orders placed will ship next business day from Texas. We ship Monday through Friday.

Can I ship to a PO box or APO/FPO address?
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Canada, Australia and the UK, but sign up for our mailing list to get notified as we will be adding new countries very soon!

How do you ship orders?
DHL Partial Direct: FREE (3-8 days)

What is it going to cost?
We cover the cost of priority shipping, but you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes required by the country/region.

Do you offer International expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer two priority options via FedEx:

• FedEx International Economy: $20 (3-7 days)
• FedEx International Priority: $35 (1-4 days)

Is there a currency converter on the site?
At this time we only reflect amounts in USD, but working to add that feature soon!

How long will it take to ship?
International orders will ship same business day as long as placed before 10am PST, orders placed after 10am PST or on Saturday/Sunday will ship the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday, except holidays. Transit times for DHL Parcel Direct can take up to 21 days depending on country, but for most less than 9 days. Please note, some orders may experience longer transit times due to heavy parcel volumes, international staffing shortages, and limited flights. If you are ordering from outside the US, it's best to place your order a few weeks before you need it!

How can I track my order?
Look out for the Shipping Confirmation email, which will include a link to track your order.
