Return Eligibility & Condition
Eligible items may be returned within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and hygiene liners intact. Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Visit our return policy page for more information.
Exchanges
U.S. exchanges are complimentary and limited to one per order. Once the return is scanned by the carrier, the exchange item is released for shipment to minimize downtime between sizes.
International Orders
At this time, international returns and exchanges are not accepted. Prior to purchase, international customers are encouraged to contact our Fit Team at hello@ta3swim.com for personalized size and style guidance or refer to our size guide which is available on every product page.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve in-demand styles before they arrive. Payment is captured at checkout. Orders may typically be updated or canceled prior to shipment via the self-service portal. Estimated ship windows appear on product pages and order confirmations, with email updates provided if timelines change. Gift cards are not accepted for pre-orders.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Visit the returns page, enter your order number and shipping ZIP code, then select return or exchange. Items should be packed securely in the original poly or a clean mailer. Tracking details and email updates are provided throughout the process.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued following inspection at our returns facility. Financial institutions typically post credits within 5–10 business days, though timing may vary. Exchange shipments are prioritized once returns are scanned to ensure minimal disruption.
Try-On Etiquette
To preserve eligibility and product integrity, we recommend trying on garments over clean, dry skin. Please avoid lotions, oils, makeup, or self-tanner during fit checks, and keep all tags and hygiene liners attached until fit is confirmed.
