Fitting

What size should I buy?

The best way to get the right fit is to use the 3D LOOK fit scanner in the pink bar on product pages. This will recommend your size and length based on 2 quick photos that are not stored. Please wear fitted clothing.

How do I know if I’m a short or reg/long?

People with short torsos tend to be short or have long legs for their body. The best way to get your length is using the fit scanner.

Why don’t you have a long length?

We found that short torsos are more of an exception than long torsos. Your torso length is not just determined by your height. It includes your bust, stomach & butt projection. Most companies make their suits too short which is why they add a long length. Our plungey is our longest suit and is about an inch longer than other brands’ “long length”.

I have an extremely long torso, will these work for me?

Yes. We recommend the reg/long plungey for the longest torsos, it is the longest swimsuit we know of. Please use the fit scanner if you are not sure, it will tell you if you’re out of range which happens occasionally.

What do I do if the strings are too long?

This could mean the suit is too big. If you’re happy with the fit and you’re keeping the suit you can trim the ties & then double knot. This is the same technique we use when sewing & will not damage the suit. You can also tie it around your waist like a belt.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time

How can I track my package?

Once your package is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please be aware that tracking numbers may take at least 24 hours to appear on a mail carriers site. 

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

Our company strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is submitted you will not be able to change the order. You may contact us about obtaining a return label.

Can I have my order redirected to a different address?

Once an order has shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to update your shipping address. If your suit is delivered to a valid address,  you may contact your local post office to see if they are able to redirect the package to you. Any orders sent to an invalid address will be sent back to our warehouse. 

My Package is missing

Fedex is experiencing an increase in volume, resulting in longer than average shipping times.  Free ground shipping can take up to 7 business days. If you do not receive your suit on or after the 7th business day please reach out to us immediately at hello@ta3swim.com so we oure team can get in touch with Fedex.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER IF I CHOOSE FREE SHIPPING?

Your order will ship next business day via Fed Ex Ground from California. Ground shipping usually takes 2 - 5 business days.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER IF I PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING?

Orders go out next business day unless you pay for 2 day or next day air and order before 1PM pst. Then it goes out same business day (not on the weekend). If you order on the weekend or a holiday it will go out the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Free returns & exchanges within 30 days of ship date with tag & liner. You can mail or drop off your return - no packaging needed. Find locations here https://locations.happyreturns.com

How do I initiate a return?

We make it easy! Please visit our Happy Returns portal to start the return process.

Can I exchange for a different style suit?

Our happy returns portal only allows you to exchange for a different size. If you would like to change the style of your suit, you will need to place a new order and return the other suit for a refund.

When will I receive my exchange?

We ship all exchange orders using standard shipping. Your new order will ship after we receive and process your return. Exchange orders are shipped to the same address as your original order. If you need your exchange sooner or need to change the shipping address, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original items for a refund.

Miscellaneous

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SUIT?

For the red & pink please pre-rinse before you wear it to remove any excess dye. For all colors hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
