Fitting
We recommend watching our Fit adjustment video prior to putting on the suit.
For more specific sizing questions please reach out to one of our FIT experts at hello@ta3swim.com. It is helpful for our experts to assess the FIT by seeing photos. We recommend sending a photo of the front where the seam sits and the back lacing. All photos are kept private.
We typically recommend any one 5’3 and below go with the short length and any one 5’4 and above go with the regular long length.
The only time the above would not apply to you is if you are short with a longer torso and short legs which would require the regular long length OR If you are tall, very short waisted and have long legs. Then you would need the short length. For accuracy, we also recommend reviewing the torso measurements on our sizing chart
Yes! We recommend our reg/long plungey for longer torsos. The regular Plungey is the longest style swimsuit in our line.
We have provided torso measurements on our sizing chart. We ask that you measure your torso loop. To do this you will need to start from your inner shoulder, where your swimsuit strap would lay, go down from the front of the torso and pass between the legs, and then go back up to the starting point of the measuring tape on the shoulder. This is the best method to use as your torso length is not just determined by your height. It includes your bust, stomach and butt projection.
This could mean the suit is too big. If you’re happy with the fit and you’re keeping the suit you can trim the ties and then double knot. This is the same technique we use when sewing and will not damage the suit. You can also tie it around your waist like a belt.
Shipping & Orders
Yes we do! We currently ship to Canada, Australia and the UK, but sign up for our mailing list to be notified as we add more countries in the coming weeks!
Once your package is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please be aware that tracking numbers may take at least 24 hours to appear on a mail carriers site.
Our company strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is submitted you will not be able to change the order. You may contact us about obtaining a return label.
Once an order has shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to update your shipping address. If your suit is delivered to a valid address, you may contact your local post office to see if they are able to redirect the package to you. Any orders sent to an invalid address will be sent back to our warehouse.
FedEx is experiencing an increase in volume, resulting in longer than average shipping times. Free Ground shipping can take up to 7 business days depending on your location. If you do not receive your suit on or after the 7th business day please reach out to us immediately at hello@ta3swim.com so our team can get in touch with Fedex.
Your order will ship next business day via FedEx Ground from California. Ground shipping usually takes 2 - 7 business days depending on your location. Please be advised that the ETA dates provided at checkout are estimated for ground shipping, they are NOT guaranteed.If you have a time constraint, we always recommend selecting 2Day or Standard Overnight shipping option.
Orders to Puerto Rico will ship next business day via USPS with an estimated delivery of 7-14 business days.
Orders placed by 12pm PT will ship the same business day, if you order on the weekend or a holiday it will go out the next business day. For orders placed after 12pm PT they will ship next business day. We highly recommend selecting 2Day or Overnight shipping if you have a time constraint. Please be advised that we do not ship on weekends!
US/DOMESTIC: We allow FREE returns within 30 days and exchanges within 45 days of ship date as long as the tags and liner are attached and no visible signs of wear.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders are subject to a $20 restocking and handling fee.
We make it easy! Please visit our Return Portal to start the returns process.
Yes! Our returns portal lets you exchange between sizes, style and colors.
We ship all exchange orders using standard ground shipping, which can take up to 7 business days. Your new order will ship after we receive and process your return. Exchange orders are shipped to the same address as your original order.
If you need your exchange sooner or need to change the shipping address, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original items for a refund.

TA3 Promos
Sale items are non-refundable. We will allow one exchange for sizing on sale items. Please be advised there may be limited quantities. Sale items are not eligible for any other promotions or discounts.

CATCH PAYMENTS
1. Select Catch at checkout. You’ll be redirected to Catch to log in or create an account.
2. To create an account, you’ll need to provide your phone number, name and email and link a debit card or bank account. Catch uses Plaid and Teller to link your bank in seconds—you’ve probably done this before if you have Venmo, Robinhood, or have filed your taxes online.
3. If you already have a Catch account, just verify your phone number and pay.
Yes! You’ll only earn money, never pay money.
If it’s your first time using Catch, you’ll get an extra $10 in store credit towards your next purchase in addition to what TA3 is offering.
Your TA3 credits can only be redeemed online at TA3 and must be used before they expire. To redeem, just pay with Catch again next time you’re shopping with us.
You can’t earn or redeem credits on gift card purchases. Other than that, no restrictions!
Your credits will automatically be applied when you shop with us again and pay with Catch. You can also manage your credits at any time by logging into your Catch account.
If you’d like to share the love, simply select “share as gift” in your Catch account to gift your credit to a friend so they can use it towards something special at TA3.
Unlike other payment methods who take a cut of every transaction, Catch charges TA3 only when it drives value to our business. In other words, we pay Catch a small fee if and when you return and redeem your Catch-earned store credit.
Miscellaneous
For all suits please gently hand wash and lay flat to dry. Please avoid putting your suit in the washer or dryer. For all colors please pre-rinse before you wear to remove any excess dye. Please avoid using whiteners or highly chlorinated detergents when washing.
For all dresses and bodysuits hand wash and lay flat to dry. Please avoid putting your dress or bodysuit in the washer or dryer. Do not iron or bleach.
