US/DOMESTIC

We offer Exchanges & Returns within 30 days of the order date. All items must be unworn and have the original tag and hygienic liner attached. We are unable to refund for expedited shipping costs on the original order. Please use this link to start your Return or Exchange with Loop. Returns are subject to a $7.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL

We offer Exchanges & Returns within 30 days of the order date. Returns are subject to a $20 USD restocking fee. All items must be unworn and have the original tag and hygienic liner attached. We are unable to refund for expedited shipping costs on the original order. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Under certain conditions you are able to receive a refund of the duties and taxes paid from the country where you are located, however TA3 is unable to file the claim. Please use this link to start your Exchange or return with Loop.

Additional Return Guidelines

If you need your item by a certain date, we recommend returning for a refund and then placing a new order with expedited shipping to ensure you receive your item on time. Expedited shipping cannot be applied on Exchange orders and they will ship with FedEx ground. Exchange orders will ship when the original item(s) are dropped off for return at a Happy Returns location and or return is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Exchanges are limited to 3 times per order. To avoid multiple exchanges, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Happiness Team for assistance with sizing or styling at hello@ta3swim.com

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, missing tags or hygienic liner. If upon inspection your return item does not meet the guidelines as outlined in our return policy, you will not be refunded. 

TA3 SUMMER SALE & LAST CHANCE (6/26-6/27)

Please note: TA3 Summer sale items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for a refund. Summer Sale items do not qualify for any other promotions or discounts. Please be advised that there may be limited quantities. The promotion is available for a limited time while supplies last.

These items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Exchanges on sale items purchased during the Summer sale are subject to availability only. If your preferred size is unavailable and you provide proof that the item has not been washed or worn, you may return it for a store credit to use toward a future purchase or sale.

Please be aware: We will not be able to price match the sale items on any orders placed prior to 6/26 or after 6/27.
