We make it easy! Please visit our Return Portal to start the return process. All you will need is your order # and shipping zip code.
Once your TA3 return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it has been accepted or declined.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your tracking shows delivered for our team to process your return.
If your return is approved, please note that refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or financial institution’s processing times.
For returns processed as store credit, a TA3 digital gift card will be issued once your return is received and approved, and will be sent to the email address used for the original purchase.
If your return is received in anything other than new, unworn condition, TA3 reserves the right to deny the return.
