When an item is marked delivered through our shipping carrier, we are unable to process a refund, but would be happy to send you a replacement order. If the item you ordered is currently out of stock, we will offer store credit.
If there is a 2nd delivery issue on an order, unfortunately we are unable to process a refund or send a third replacement order.
We can also process replacement orders within 7 days of the delivery date.
We recommend double checking the address being used before placing your order, we are unable to modify addresses after the order has been placed. If the wrong address has been used to place an order, we recommend trying to reach out to the person at the address so you can coordinate retrieval of the shipment as we are unable to process refunds for these scenarios.
