I just had my third child and I'm five months postpartum, my chest is definitely not what it was 3 kids ago haha! This gives them a nice shape, lifts them up but doesn't push them out the top. I have a large larger chest (F) too, and it's hard to find tops that actually fit. Also, if you're breast-feeding, it's really easy to do that in this top.
